Staff Policy

  • Continuous learning& Development  program is aimed at ensuring employee's professional and personal development thereby enabling him to perform his/her responsibilities safely and effectively in the respective work environments.
  • All categories of employees, permonent/temporary/regular / part-time shall undergo induction/orientation training programs within  one month of joining which consists of essential and/ or desirable ' Comperhensive General Training program' and 'Professional Training Program' as appropriate . Voulanteers shall be oriented to the hospital services as appropriate.
  • Training programes may be organized internally or externally. External training programs shall be implemented as per the existing hospital policy.
  • All supervisors / HOD's shall be responsible for monitoring the training  of their staff. Supervisors/HOD appraising the employees shall make a note of  the employee's training attendence during the following performenceappraisal.As per this policy every empoyee has to undergo mandotory trining of 50 hrs in a year.This would be reflected as one of the KPI while annual assessment is done.
  • Department heads shall be responsible for ongoing education of staff to improve their performance. training need will be identified every year after annual assessment by the respective departments and training will be provided accrodingly.
  • All employees are required to adhere to the uniform and grooming policy of the organisation
